My specialty is helping families like yours relocate to the Albuquerque area.

My family and I moved to New Mexico in 1989. A decision we continue to feel was the best we ever made. I had spent 22 very rewarding years producing and directing TV programs, working my way up from a local station in Washington, D.C., to acquiring programs world-wide for the PBS network. (I knew it was time to quit when I started spending more time in airports than I did at home!)

I've brought the same professionalism and enthusiasm to this career as I did to TV production... and I think the results have borne out that approach.

Like many successful agents, I could list a number of awards that I have received but, frankly, I don't find that very useful to you. The system honors production - not service. I would rather you heard from past clients and their experiences with me. For, lets face it, you will be moving to an unfamiliar area and you will need help from someone who cares about you.

You bent over backwards to make this relocation easy for us. You took a great deal of the stress out of the process.... A 1031 exchange is tricky and difficult -- except when Bruce Shah is handling it. With Bruce as our friend and guide we turned one San Francisco condominium unit into three lovely Albuquerque houses, found fine mortgages and excellent rental management for the houses, even found the best restaurant in Corrales! No confusion and no mistakes, which is important when dealing with IRS rules. The 1031 paperwork on just one house is enough to sink a battleship, but all we had to do in Albuquerque was sign & initial over coffee. It was a breeze.
